You wake up from a deep sleep and find out that it's still 2016 (I'm going to keep the specific month/day for 2016 vague to give people ideas).

BFC didn't go down at all, but it also means that the past 7 years of your life have been a simple dream with anything done within that timeframe not happening. How mad are you at this realization?

Personally 2016 was a great year for me in the first half so if it was first half 2016 I wouldn't be mad about reliving those days, but at the same time erasing the past 7 years of my life would give me a ridiculous amount of shock.

First and foremost, without a doubt, my top priority is to save Harambe, that way the world doesn't fall apart. He was the glue that held everything together.

Then I can game the crypto market and buy Dogecoin super early. What will I do with my massive wealth that I've gained through knowledge of the future? Picture Biff Tannen from Back to the Future.

Oh, and somewhere in there I'll learn how to fly a helicopter so I can save Kobe Bryant.

Hey Falcon,
Love this question. I must admit that my initial response would have been PISSED. However, after careful consideration, I find myself experiencing a somewhat ambivalent sensation, a combination of mild irritation and hopefulness.

Although I take great pride in my past accomplishments, I cannot help but ponder the possibilities that would arise if I were to wake up in 2016 again. I'd better my familial relationships and expedite my career trajectory Smile

Honestly, this would be one of the dopest things to ever happen to me. There are so many decisions that I've made in life that would have been even better if I had made them sooner. Sure there are many things that I can prevent or warn people about, but quite frankly, I would have loved to put my life into a better trajectory earlier rather than later. I can only imagine where I would be now if I had chosen to do things sooner. There really isn't much more for me to think about or consider. Good thought provoking question, I look forward to many more Falcon c:

If saving Harambe involved making all of 2016 a banger instead of the latter half not being great, I will take that trade gladly!

That's an optimistic take. It's interesting because on one hand I think, okay I can just take what I have done for the past 7 years and re-create it to success; however, on the other hand it tempts me, what different path can I take if I did this differently.

Lmao that's a good take, and glad to hear. I don't know if I was going to make more of these, but if there's an interest I might have to oblige.

It can't be a Question of the Day if a question isn't asked daily.

The way my life would be 1000% times better lol. Fuck anything 2018 and onwards. Even if I were to potentially go through everything I have already gone through, at least I have the knowledge to be more proactive and hope for a better result than what happened initially. Sadly you can't change the past and it is undoubtedly still 2023. 2016 was a banging year, though. Learned how to cook, had amazing friends (most of which who have forgotten about me now), and was just living it up. Definitely take me back.

Oof, that hurts. Same here, buddy. Unfortunately that just seems to be the natural progression. The sad side-effect of getting older, but life moves on.
