A two-parter for QOTD #6.

What food would you eat strictly for 1 week straight? This food would become the only thing you can eat for an entire week. You also cannot skip meals/starve yourself to get around this.
In addition what food would you eliminate from existence? This food would be gone and would never return again.

For the food that I would eat strictly for 1 week straight it would either have to be pasta or sushi. I love pasta (haha get it because I'm Italian) and sushi is amazing. I feel either of these choices would be great not only because I wouldn't get tired of it, but also I can mix up what type of pasta or sushi I would have for variety. In addition, my diet mostly contains of pasta so it wouldn't even be that drastic of an adjustment.

As for which food I would eliminate from existence, there are a few specific foods I will not eat. I could do something like peanut butter, but I feel that would be too cruel to most people so I would instead eliminate black olives. I'm not too picky of an eater I feel, but black olives are disgusting to me. Now I know what you might be thinking, what about olive oil? Well green olives could get used for that (they're supposed to be more flavorful too for olive oil).

Those are my picks, but what about you. Which foods would you pick in these scenarios?

Probably carrots with peanut butter. I could eat an endless amount, and a good serving usually satisfies me.
First thing that came to mind.

I’d eliminate tomatoes! No explanation needed!

Sushi is easily my go to pick for any food I can eat frequently. There's a lot of fish variety and it's always so delicious

I would normally go with peanut butter to eliminate but it's literally the answer as you so I would change it to boba if that counts? It's more drink related than food but you still chew it. Idk something about boba is just so ick.

I'm one of those creatures of habit in an extreme sense who do the same thing over and over, generally disliking change. The most extreme example of this is that I've ordered over 1,000 times from one takeaway (over the course of over a decade don't worry lol) and it's been the exact same order every time.

I could easily eat anything I enjoy for one week straight.

As for what food I would eliminate, that's a challenge. I'd say Jalapeño but I know I'd upset a lot of people if it was gone.

For the first question, it would likely be some sort of salad. I want something healthy but also balanced and I could likely accomplish this with a caesar salad. As for something to eliminate entirely...probably something I don't routinely eat like blackberries. I don't care for those very much compared to other fruit.

I mean I could easilyyy eat chicken for a week straight, lol. Give me all of that protein. As someone who preps the same meal every week, there's really no not getting used to it. If not that, it's definitely pizza. Easily my favorite meal despite the unhealthiness. Haha

As far as getting rid of a food? Fuck off, Broccoli. Lol. Nothing [completely] personal, but I'd be chilling without that ever showing up again.

Ooh nice and healthy. That's a fair approach on eliminating blackberries, I don't think I feel strongly on them one way or the other.

High school and young-college Falcon would def agree with the chicken only mindset lmao. RIP the broccoli, I completely understand but that's like the one green I think I eat the most. xD

Very kind of you to think of others when it comes to peanut butter, but I'm allergic so I'd hop on this train. I almost died eating a mini Reese's peanut butter cup as a child. It was so tasty! I'm salty! The combination of chocolate and pb seem op.

Food for everyday: If I can eat mcdonald's fries everyday without health repercussions, I would.
Food to ban: mushrooms

Everyday: Thai food in general (drunken noodle), sushi, cheese, chicken…I’m not picky.
Eliminate: Tomatoes (raw), avocado, chick peas/hummus, sour cream, and basic ranch.
