Interesting! That idea was certainly ahead of its time. For me, I'd choose a colour that is easy on the eyes. So probably a slight yellow, orange, or green.

I used to work at an all-blue light company, and it hurt after a while. Plus, blue light is so bad for your eyes and ages your skin. hehe.

Can I choose gray? Something to maybe like, dull colors out? It be like my phones brightness slider.

I do agree grey would probably be easy mode and yes the Sera aesthetic is strong.
